Pricing and quotes

It depends on distance, the vehicle, your timing and how busy the lane is that week. We give you a planning range as soon as we know the route, and a firm price once a carrier commits to your dates. Each route page shows a starting price. No obligation either way.

The first number is a planning range based on the lane, the vehicle and your timing. It becomes a firm price once a carrier commits to your dates, and that price is what you pay.

No. Nothing is due to request a quote, and nothing is due until a carrier is assigned and you approve the price.

During business hours, usually within the hour. Requests that land overnight or on Sunday go out first thing the next morning. If you need it faster, call the office at (754) 946-4922.

Pickup and delivery

Yes, door to door across metro Fort Lauderdale and Broward County. Where a street is too narrow for a transport truck, or an HOA or condo garage will not allow one, the driver arranges a nearby meeting point such as a plaza lot. That is agreed before pickup day, not on the day.

Short in-state moves can be a day or two, and cross-country is usually a week or more. Your route page lists a transit window, and our team confirms pickup and delivery timing with you.

Southbound fills up October through December, and northbound April through May. Lanes into and out of Fort Lauderdale tighten first, so book early. Our snowbird guide has the details.

The driver inspects the car and records its condition on the bill of lading at pickup, and again at delivery. You get a copy at both ends. It is the document any claim rests on.

Vehicles

Open is the standard for most cars on most lanes: the same trailers the dealerships use, the best availability and the lowest cost. Enclosed is for classics, exotics, low-clearance builds and anything you would not park outside. Fewer trucks run enclosed, so book further ahead.

Yes. Non-running vehicles need a winch-equipped carrier, which is a smaller pool but a routine one. Flag it when you book rather than on pickup day.

Lifted trucks, duallies and long-bed vans can go. Height and weight change which trailers can take them, so tell us about modifications up front.

Florida Keys

Yes. Keys routes go through In-N-Out Keys, the network’s Florida Keys partner, veteran-owned and based in Marathon, (754) 714-2439. Fort Lauderdale to Key West runs daily, starting at $350. Rush pickups cost more; the more flexible your dates, the better the price.

Key Largo, Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine Key and Key West, plus Monroe County generally.

Dealers and Port Everglades

Yes: recurring lanes, auction pickups, trade-in repositioning and customer deliveries. For Keys inventory, Key West to Orlando starts around $550 for dealerships. See dealer transport.

Yes, and port work runs on its own rules. Terminal access requires a TWIC-credentialed driver, gate hours are appointment-based, and queue waits can add time on a busy day. We use local port specialists for these moves and confirm the appointment window with you before scheduling.
